Like any other birthday, Jacob was so excited to have a Birthday Party for his Daddy. When we got home from school, Beanie and I went to run the errands to make Daddy's Birthday Party complete. Thinking that he deserves a present also, Bean insisted that he get a gift, so of course, we had to go to Walgreens to find something that would please him...we did. After we ate Ruffino's dinner (to go), we had birthday cupcakes and opened presents. Then, the birthday celebration carried on into the next weekend at Oma and Opa's house for some yummy steak and lobster. (And I thought my birthday was the only one to last beyond a 24-hour period?! hmmmm)
