When I am cooking dinner, which is every day, I turn on the radio loud enough for me to entertain myself during the chopping and mixing. Jacob and Joseph both love dancing to the beat. When I abandoned my kitchen duties and joined the boys dancing in the living room, I saw Jacob imitating his Opa. He says, "Look, Momma, I'm dancing like Opa." Thus, I grabbed my phone, put on one of Opa's songs and captured it.
Being a mom of two boys, I don't want a moment to go unrecognized or forgotten. Perhaps the boys will want to know about their lives as young boys...perhaps they won't care. Perhaps family members will want to see from afar how the boys grow...perhaps they won't. Regardless of the scenario, here is the Life of my Leier Boys recognized and captured.
I am thrilled to be sharing this journey with my best friend Greg. Although he invited me to be his official partner 13 years ago, we began the relationship our Senior Year of high school. Perhaps then we each had a glimpse of what beautiful life we would have, or what precious sons we would create. But, now, I walk around with my heart smiling...all because of my three Leier Boys.
