Guess what we tried?! As Joseph gains more and more weight, he needs more and more food. (What else are we going to store in those thighs of his?) Thus, we are attempting CEREAL! He did MUCH better than his older brother on his first try, but we still have to sell the idea that it's okay to have substance on a spoon going into his mouth. He ate all of his cereal on the first try, but hasn't liked it on other attempts. So, for now...it's just a little bit here and a little bit there...baby steps.

Where we are not taking baby steps is in the entertaining department. Greg broke out the Jump-a-roo and Joseph LOVES it. Following his big brother, Joseph had to get a picture standing on the phone book so that I can have both framed pictures in my office. Although Joseph doesn't need the extra height! And after a day of playing in there, Joseph had blisters on both of his pinky toes....deja vu...Jacob did too!
Oh my gosh, they are both going to be such big boys towering over their mama. Love the comparisons!! Joseph is getting so big already!!
ReplyDeleteThey are so big. Jacob's teacher has told him that he's so big and so smart that he is going to go straight to LSU. Jacob has replied, "No, thank you...I'm going to Southern Miss." Joseph is at the point that every morning I think he has grown more the night before!
